1. How to Request an Exchange Â
Log in to our returns portal using your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and the email ID used for the purchase. Â
Contact our customer service team for instructions. You’ll need your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.
2. Exchange Policy Â
No returns—only size or design exchanges are accepted. Â
Size exchanges: No logistics fee will be deducted from the Maximum Retail Price (MRP). Â
Design exchanges: A logistics fee will be deducted from the MRP as these items are specifically tailored to meet your individual needs.
3. Exchange Conditions Â
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Â
Used products will not be accepted for exchange. Â
Final sale items cannot be exchanged. Â
The exchange request must be raised within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
4. Processing Time Â
If the exchange is accepted, the new product will be dispatched after 10 days of receiving the returned item.
