Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. How to Request an Exchange  
Log in to our returns portal using your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and the email ID used for the purchase.  
Contact our customer service team for instructions. You’ll need your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.

2. Exchange Policy  
No returns—only size or design exchanges are accepted.  
Size exchanges: No logistics fee will be deducted from the Maximum Retail Price (MRP).  
Design exchanges: A logistics fee will be deducted from the MRP as these items are specifically tailored to meet your individual needs.

3. Exchange Conditions  
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.  
Used products will not be accepted for exchange.  
Final sale items cannot be exchanged.  
The exchange request must be raised within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

4. Processing Time  
If the exchange is accepted, the new product will be dispatched after 10 days of receiving the returned item.
